UPARK relies on other sources to compile this information, and it may be inaccurate. We do not speak for the individual property owners. Users should and may verify all information independently, and not rely on the UPARK site as their sole source of information. We attempt to provide a broad listing of information that may be useful to those in need of parking for a variety of vehicle types.It may be impossible to keep it all accurate and current; however, UPARK relies upon diligence both internally and externally. By using this site, the user accepts the responsibility to verify all information all information independently. Since there are multiple parking locations and parking spots listed on this site, dozens of directions, and other information, much of which was accurate when it was written. Often, beyond our control, situations and availability may change.

Accessible inventory, geographical directions and parking rates are ALL subject to change. UPARK has been designed and is solely intended to provide available areas to park what the user desires, bearing in mind it falls within our guidelines. From time to time, violators and/or external forces, both human and technological errors may cause parking space(s) to show as available when in fact they may be illegally occupied, rented or other. UPARK is hereby liable for any expenses and/or nuisances’ consumers of this website/application may encounter.

All technology, format, website and/or other are copyrighted property belonging to UPARK US, LLC, hereafter as UPARK and their affiliated organizations including but not limited to all text, technology, graphics, format, website, photos and/or other are copyrighted property belonging to UPARK US, LLC, hereafter as UPARK and their affiliated organizations cannot be copied or used without expressed written consent.

UPARK is not responsible for providing protection, control, guardianship nor assume care of your vehicle(s), mobile trailers’ and containers. UPARK US, LLC, hereafter UPARK and their affiliated organization aren’t responsible for anything regarding lost and/or stolen contents, theft, damage, loss, fire, theft or vandalism. ALL responsibilities are hereby designated to the owner which of whom, is responsible for securing and parking what they so please.

Omissions, Errors, Inaccuracies and Availability

UPARK is consistently receiving updates for both available/unavailable inventory, and advertising utilizing our service. Occasionally, loading delays of updated information on our platform MAY occur due to technological and/or human errors. All information herein this platform is subject to omissions, errors, inaccuracies, expirations, or sudden withdrawal. ALL services, products, 3^rd party vendors all could be inaccurately labeled, mispriced or unavailable on our platform and therefore cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on our platform*. Being said, UPARK hereby reserves the right to modify, update, remove or change information to appropriate omissions, inaccuracies, or errors on any account without prior notice.

Fee Revisions

UPARK along with their affiliates at their discretion in any time, coordinating with the market and availability of their product and/or services may modify the fees charged to consumers.

UPARK and their affiliates will provide users with reasonable notice, making their best efforts to provide users with prior reasonable notice of any real-time pricing changes.

Reimbursements

All fees are non-refundable unless it’s lawfully required.

User Accounts

When creating an account on our platform at UPARK, you herby assure that you are indeed a licensed and insured driver recognized from government authorities. If providing falsified information, inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete may result in discontinuation of your account.

Responsibilities regarding confidentiality, maintenance, continuation of your account and password(s) including but NOT limited to restricting access of any kind to your personal computer and/or account(s). I hereby accept and am solely responsible for terms, activities, actions every activity of any kind on my account.

UPARK US, LLC and its affiliates have the right to remove accounts, refuse service, take aways or edit content or cancel reservations at our discretion.

The content and services, excluding user provided content, functions/features will and are the absolute assets of UPARK US, LLC, and its licensors. This service and its contents are hereby protected from any trademark, copyright and/or other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. ALL trade and trademarks may not be used along any product or service without prior WRITTEN consent of UPARK US, LLC, and its affiliates.

upark.co, UPARK US, LLC. and its affiliates goals are to make your parking licensing experience easy, efficient and equitable. The licensing policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the licensing process on upark.co. upark.co, UPARK US, LLC. and its affiliates intentions are to create a simple and smooth parking licensing participation, productive and fair. The subsequent licensing policies have been created to satisfy and provide clarification of the licensing process on upark.co. In case you have any questions about the information here, please contact us at your leisure.

Methods of payment

upark.coaccepts quite a few methods of payment to serve your needs, such as; Visa, Master Card and Discover.

Pricing and Availability: - Vacancy and Rates

upark.co organizes licensed parking for an array of vehicles and owners on the authority of privately owned and operated properties (henceforth referred to as “(UP) Parking* Partners” alternatively known as “Partners”). upark.co decides the prices, operates identified UPARK* parking lots alone and regulates parking availability in conformity with property owners. Upon request, property owners can choose to terminate the parking licensing agreement and customers/clients are obligated to remove their vehicle(s) within three (3) days.

When submitting bookings online, the price is secured. As a result, your booking rate wouldn’t be combined with any additional discounts, special offers or alternative deals at that parking location. Special offers don’t apply.

Credit Card Billing – When submitting reservation online, your credit card is charged. Your invoice statement shows the purchase made from UPARK US, LLC.

Pay Now, Pay in Full, and Reservation Fee Amounts:

Bookings received through upark.co are subject to reservation deposit fees or prepaid in advance.

You hereby authorize upark.co to charge an amount equal to the 'Pay Now' price to your credit or debit or account, and you hereby represent that you authorize us to process the transaction. The “Pay Now” amount or the like will be displayed as the “You Paid” or other language to inform you of the amount on your reservation receipt after your transaction has processed.

If your parking license is prepaid in full the “Pay Now”/ “You Paid” amount covers parking fees and ancillary services rendered by the parking facility except those fees you may incur, or services that you contract directly from a Parking Partner. All Parking Partner facility rules apply. By way of example, if your vehicle occupies more than one space, you may be charged an additional fee at the parking facility. This rate cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers. Your total price is calculated based on your chosen departure and return dates and times. Your final price will be determined at the time of your return based on your actual length of stay. You must present your receipt to receive your quoted price and credit for your online payment. If you do not present your receipt to the parking lot, you will not get credit for your online payment and this online payment will not be refunded or credited.

Additionally, upark.co may apply a separate processing fee to your online transaction. We retain this processing fee as compensation in arranging your travel reservation.

If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you may be charged an additional fee.)

Booking changes

Before making your booking or reservation, carefully review your parking itinerary including time required, departure and return dates and times. If your itinerary changes, this will not affect the amount you paid online to reserve your space. It may affect the total due to the parking facility. Your reservation receipt covers your entire length of stay based on your chosen departure and return dates and times. Your actual total may be higher based on the actual length of time your vehicle is parked with your chosen Parking Partner. All parking rates are based on a per space rate. (If your vehicle occupies more than one space, you may be charged an additional fee.)

Reservation dates and times cannot be changed on your reservation receipt, however, at its discretion, upark.co and its affiliates may be able to accommodate your itinerary changes and still allow you to use your original reservation receipt. Details regarding itinerary changes can be found on your reservation receipt. If you require a new reservation receipt, you will need to cancel your original reservation and book an entirely new reservation. Please note, non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

Refund Policy:

You must contact upark.co requesting a refund only in the event parking space(s) reserved are unavailable when you enter the parking lot. Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

If there is a change in your parking dates or times, you may continue to use your reservation at the if available at UPARK US, LLC, and its affiliates discretion. If your parking requirements are canceled, please contactus for a refund if applicable, solely as part of our customer service retention.

If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online.
